Coughing is a reflexive action that your body makes to clear your airways of mucus and other irritants. This occasionally painful sensation can be relieved when you take cough syrups.
Sinusitis is an inflammation of the lining of the sinuses. This can cause a blocked, runny nose, facial pain, a high temperature and occasionally, a sinus headache.
