Standard Delivery

Our Standard Delivery cost is £2.95 per order, regardless of how many items you purchase. Standard Delivery orders arrive within 2-4 working days and are dispatched via Royal Mail.

If your order is placed after 2pm it will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day. Working days are defined as Monday - Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) therefore any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.

Our Standard Delivery service is FREE if your order is more than £35.00.

This service is available for all UK mainland and non mainland locations (Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands and the Isles of Scilly.)

Delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. We aim to meet the timescales but during busy periods (including Christmas) deliveries may take a little longer.

Larger deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address to your payment address if that is more convenient for you.

Return Information

Our Returns Procedure

YOU HAVE 14 DAYS IN WHICH TO RETURN ANY FAULTY / DAMAGED / UNWANTED GOODS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item, simply contact us atenquiries@thehealthcounter.com or by telephone 08000727741. You will be required to provide your order number and maybe asked to confirm your account or delivery address details. Once your return has been approved you will be given a unique returns reference that will be required in order to process your return. Our customer service team will be happy to advise and assist you through this process in order to resolve your issue in a speedy and convenient manner. Please note: if your return does not have the unique returns reference viable on the outside of your returned parcel your return may not get processed.
