Osteocare provides calcium along with complementary nutrients to help maintain strong bones and teeth as well as the health of the heart, muscles and nerves. Osteocare tablets contain the full recommended daily allowance of calcium and magnesium that play a role in bone development. For men and women of all ages and especially recommended for growing teenagers, throughout pregnancy and breast-feeding, during the menopause and in later life for elderly men and women.

Adults and children over 12 years. Take two Osteocare tablets per day with a main meal. Swallow with a glass of water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
