Seven Seas Extra High Strength Pure Cod Liver Oil liquid helps to maintain supple and flexible joints, fitness, health and vitality. It also provides a rich source of vitamins D and E. These vitamins are essential for the maintenance of a fit and healthy body, building resistance to infections such as coughs and colds, healthy hair and skin and nails, good vision, strong bones and sound teeth.

Adults and children over 15 years - 10ml (2 teaspoons) daily.
Children (over 12 yrs) - 5ml (1 teaspoon) daily. Take on its own or mixed with milk or orange juice.
Not recommended for children under 12 years
