Complan is a nutritional drink that provides balanced nourishment. It is used as a dietary supplement for many different reasons and has been widely recommended by healthcare professionals for over 50 years. Formulated to boost energy and vitality, Complan’s uses include sports, recovery after surgery, weight management and nutrition for the elderly. A single serving of Complan contains a balanced mix of high quality protein, fat and carbohydrate plus 24 vitamins and minerals. Complan comes in a variety of flavours in powder form and can be mixed with water to provide around 250 calories (equivalent to a light meal) or mixed with skimmed milk to provide 320 calories. You can drink it hot or cold.

Complan is rich in vitamins A, C and E, as well as minerals such as calcium for strong bones and iron for physical stamina and mental alertness. It does not contain artificial colours, preservatives or sweeteners. Complan is gluten-free and suitable for vegetarians.

Each sachet requires a total of 200ml (1/3 pint) of water or milk, either hot or cold. Pour some of the water or milk into a large cup or mug and add 1 sachet of Complan. Mix into a smooth cream with a whisk or fork and keep stirring as you add the remaining water or milk

Infants less than 12 months old should only be given Complan under medical supervision. Diabetics should consult their dietician or doctor before including Complan as part of their diet. Food supplements are intended to supplement the diet and should not be regarded as a substitute for a varied diet
