Nytol One a Night is a clinically proven nighttime sleep aid, containing the sedating antihistamine Diphenhydramine. Take 20 minutes before bedtime to provide relief from temporary sleep disturbances

Directions

Adults over 16 years and elderly: Take one tablet 20 minutes before going to bed.
Not recommended for children under 16 years.
