Product Details
In a handy to carry pack, Nurofen for children singles contain ibuprofen in a pleasant orange colour and sugar free suspension. Ibuprofen belongs to a group of medicines called Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatories (NSAIDs) which work to reduce the body’s response to high temperatures, pain and swelling. They provide a fast long lasting reduction in temperature and soothe away the pain of minor aches and sprains, dental pain, colds and influenza.
Directions
Before opening, massage the sachet to mix the contents well. Gently squeeze the liquid onto the 2-ended measuring spoon (2.5ml or 5ml) provided.
You must measure the dose accurately.
Wash and dry the spoon between doses. Throw away half-used sachets
Not suitable for children under 3 months of age
For pain and fever
Infants 3-6 months weighing more than 5kg: One 2.5ml dose up to 3 times in 24 hours.
6 to 12 months: One 2.5ml dose up to 3 or 4 times in 24 hours.
1 to 3 years: One 5ml dose up to 3 times in 24 hours. 4 to 6 years: One 7.5ml dose up to 3 times in 24 hours.
7-9years: 10ml up to 3 times in 24 hours. Doses should be given every 6 to 8 hours with a minimum of 4 hours between doses.

Do not give to babies 3-6 months for longer than 24 hours and babies over 6 months for more than 3 days without consulting your doctor
