Milton Sterilising Tablets are a safe, sure and convenient way to completely sterilise your baby’s things in just 15 minutes. They kill all bacteria, viruses, fungi and spores (through dormant bacteria). Milton sterilising products have been used in hospitals for many years.
Ideal for breastfeeding equipment, babies’ bottles, teats, cups, and feeding utensils, Milton Sterilising Tablets can also be used for soothers, teething rings and small plastic toys. The Milton Sterilising Solution is harmless and leaves no unpleasant taste or odour. There is no need to rinse it off.
Add one Milton Tablet for every 5 litres of water to make the Milton Solution. Once made, it keeps for 24 hours, so you can continue to use it throughout the day. Just fill a small plastic bowl with the Milton solution and you can use it to sterilise items as and when you need to. In just 15 minutes, they’ll be ready to use again.
Babies are most vulnerable when they are developing their immune system, so it’s important to sterilise their feeding teats, toys, soothers, utensils, etc until they are at least 12 months old.

Where else can you get peace of mind for £1-50. a month.
28 tablets - one a day.
Drop the tablet in the cold water and wait for it to dissolve.
Add your items to be sterilized.
After 15 minutes you can take out a bottle, fill it and add the sterilized teat etc. and feed the baby.
35 years ago I used to take out 3 bottles in the evening and make 3 feeds up. One for baby's supper, one for in the night and one for morning.
Two full bottles went in the fridge when cold.
Change the solution and when ready add any washed clean bottles and bits (usually about 4 bottles) into the solution, put the lid on.
Feed the baby and go to bed.
In the morning take out the four sterile bottles out of the solution and make up 4 feeds, refrigerate when them when cold.
Put all washed bottles and bits hanging around into the solution and possibly dummies too.
During the day take out anything you need (as long as it has been in the solution for fifteen minutes) and add any washed and rinsed items you have. The same solution lasts 24 hrs.
Beats the electric/electronic steaming versions into a top hat.
Some microwave sterilzers also use steam from a small amount of water you put in but are designed to allow you to use them for cold water sterilization if you prefer.
These are usually quite small compared with the Milton Sterilizer but one of these dual use microwave sterilizer can be taken camping or used in a hotel bedroom by adding water and a MILTON tablet.
35 years ago I used Milton liquid for my baby but I have used the tablets over the years to sterilize anything that needed sterilizing that was not metal or unsuitable. Milk jugs, wine bottles to be reused.
Just keep the tablets out of sight and hands of children and the confused elderly.
Gives peace of mind to Mum and economic sense to Dad.
