Zovirax Cold Sore Cream contains Aciclovir, an antiviral agent proven to be effective in treating infections caused by the herpes simplex virus, more commonly known as cold sores. Use at the first sign of a cold sore to speed up the healing process and shorten the duration of the infection.
Directions
Adults and children. Apply 5 times daily for 5 days starting during the tingle phase. If healing has not occurred, continue for a further 5 days.
