Vicks First defence fights cold germs before they can take hold .Used at the first sign of a cold Vicks First Defence is proven to prevent 22% of colds developing. It can reduce cold symptoms by up to 40% and can shorten the duration of a cold by up to 3 days. It works by trapping cold causing germs and helping your body to remove them naturally. Use at the first sign of a cold.
Adults and children over 12 years: Use as directed up to four times a day. Allow four hours between applications.
Not recommended for children under 12 years.
For best results continue to use for 48 hours after symptoms subside.

DO NOT EXCEED THE STATED DOSE
Aqua, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (based on plant extracts), Succinic Acid, Disodium • Succinate, PCA, Phenethyl alcohol, Zinc EDTA, Zinc Acetate, Polysorbate 80, Aroma: (Menthol, Camphor, Eucalyptol), Sodium Saccharin.
Not to be used if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients or have nose, ear or throat sensitivities.
If you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breast-feeding always consult your doctor or pharmacist.
When using First Defence it is normal to experience increased nasal discharge and a temporary stinging or smarting sensation. This is a sign that the product is working, is not harmful to health, and will not last for long. If the sensation persists, stop using the product and consult your pharmacist or doctor.

This is a medicine. Always consult your doctor or pharmacist if you suffer from any medical condition, are taking any other medicines or your symptoms persist for more than three days.
