I’ve always thought this diet plan sounds too good to be true, drink chocolate milkshakes and lose weight? I wanted to drop a few pounds before a beach holiday, so I decided to give Slim-Fast a try during May.
The taste is really good, as a chocoholic I was dubious it would have a real chocolate flavour but it’s actually really quite nice. I would suggest you follow the mixing instructions as on day one, I decided to put the powder in my glass and whisk with a fork, I was left with a lumpy milkshake. But when I followed the instructions and used a blender, which gives a MUCH better texture and flavour.
I did the diet plan for 3 weeks and dropped half a stone. I felt a bit hungry during the first couple of days and always look forward to my evening meal. I don’t think it’s a long-term diet, but good if you have need to slim down for a special occasion.
