NiQuitin Patches can be applied discreetly to any part of the upper body. It provides the same amount of nicotine whether you put it on your arm, back or chest. Start with the Step 1 NiQuitin Patch if you smoke ten or more cigarettes a day. Alternatively you can start with the lower strength Step 2 NiQuitin Patch if you smoke less than 10 a day. After 6 weeks, the cravings should have reduced, change to a lower strength patch. 
 
NiQuitin products are designed to give a temporary source of therapeutic nicotine, which can be reduced gradually over a period of time, to make adjusting to life without cigarettes more bearable. Used correctly, you should be nicotine-free by the end of the programme.

Directions

To be used as part of a treatment programme. The strength used will depend on where you are in the programme.
Adults and children over 12 years:
Apply the patch to a clean, dry area of the skin once a day. Remove after 24hours and site replacement patch on a different area. Do not use the same area of skin for seven days.
Children 12 to 18 years must consult a doctor before using.
Do not use for more than 10 weeks without consulting a doctor.
