I have suffered with menopause related symptoms for years including night sweats, hot flushes and tummy cramp, I've tried many homeopathic remedies with some success but the symptoms always came back. A friend recommended the Ladycare Menopause Magnet which is a small teardrop shaped plastic coated magnet, which you place near the abdomen and sits discreetly in your knickers. I wear the magnet during the week my period would have previously fallen and I've found it to be really effective. All my symptoms have significantly reduced, especially if I wear the magnet a few days before my period would have been due.
