Dettol is a proven, safe and effective concentrated antiseptic disinfectant that kills bacteria, providing protection against the germs that cause infection and illness. Containing s Chloroxylenol B.P.4.8%w/v it can be used for gentle antiseptic wound cleansing and disinfection, antiseptic skin cleansing and as a disinfectant in and around the home.
Directions
Use diluted (1 in 20) for antiseptic wound cleansing for cuts, grazes, bites and stings. .
