Cooling therapy for muscles and joints is well established and recommended by sports physiotherapists and health professionals. Can be used during or immediately after exercise.
Directions
Shake can well before use.
For adults and children over 6 years hold can 15cm from affected area and spray for 3-5 seconds. Repeat once or twice as necessary at 30-second intervals. Do not repeat more than 3 times per day.
Not recommended for children under 6 years
