Canesten Combi Pessary & Cream is a complete treatment for vaginal thrush because it treats both the internal cause and external symptoms. This pack contains a pessary to treat the cause of the vaginal thrush and a tube of soothing cream to relieve the itching.
Directions
Adults (ages 16 to 60): one pessary inserted into the vagina at night as a single dose. Repeat once if necessary. The cream to be applied thinly two or 3 times daily to the affected area.
Not recommended under 16 or over 60 years except under medical advice.

Ingredients
The pessary contains Clotrimazole 500mg. It also contains lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, lactic acid, maize starch, crospovidone, calcium lactate pentahydrate, magnesium stearate, colloidal anhydrous silica and hypromellose. The 10g tube of cream contains Clotrimazole 200mg (2% w/w). It also contains sorbitan stearate, polysorbate 60, cetyl palmitate, cetostearyl alcohol, octyldodecanol, benzyl alcohol and purified water.
