These effervescent multivitamins and minerals contain Magnesium and Zinc that help release energy, to keep muscles and the nervous system working. Directions
Take 1 tablet per day dissolved in a glass of water to make a delicious tropical flavoured effervescent drink. Berocca is best taken first thing in the morning to make the most of the day ahead and can be taken every day throughout the year. Taking more than recommended daily intake may be harmful.
