Product Details
As an antacid Andrews salts provides the refreshing relief of indigestion, upset stomach, and excess acid and over indulgence. At higher doses, it relieves constipation.
Directions
Adults: For upset stomach, indigestion and over-indulgence, measure one or two level spoonfuls (5ml spoonful) and take in a glass of water as necessary, up to a maximum of four times a day.
For constipation, measure two level spoonfuls (two 5ml spoonfuls) and take in a glass of water before breakfast or at bedtime.
Drink before the effervescence subsides.
Children over 6 years: Use half the adult dose.
Not suitable for children under 6 years of age except on medical advice

Ingredients
Andrews Original Salts Effervescent powder containing: Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate 22.6% w/w, Citric Acid 19.5% w/w and Magnesium Sulphate 17.4% w/w.
Also contains: 2.1 g of sucrose per 5 ml spoonful.
The recommended daily adult dose of four 5 ml spoonfuls contains 8.4 g of sucrose
Sodium content 319 mg per 5 ml spoonful
