Alpecin Double-Effect Shampoo works in two phases especially designed to tackle dandruff. Firstly, the Double-Effect Shampoo will loosen the crusty keratinous cells and thoroughly removes dandruff from the scalp.
The combination of the two effective anti-dandruff substances – salicylic acid and octopirox – take into account all the dermatologically relevant aspects of dandruff:
• Gentle dandruff removal
• Anti-inflammatory action
• Antioxidant effect, i.e. improved resistance
• Antimicrobial properties
After the first phase the removal of the dandruff has prepared the scalp for the caffeine. The caffeine penetrates the hair roots during washing and can be detected after 120 seconds. The active-ingredient will form a 24 hour deposit in the hair root and will nourish the roots preventing hair loss.
Directions
Leave the application on the scalp for 2 minutes – from application to rinse
