Alka Seltzer XS Tablets provide effective pain relief from the symptoms of headaches and upset stomachs caused by drinking and over-eating, as well as general pains like cold and flu symptoms and migraines. The tablets are designed to prevent upset stomach symptoms like belching, abdominal fullness and heartburn. They also tackle some of the effects of cold and flu such as fever, constant sneezing and relieving runny noses, helping to clear up sinuses and airways. These effervescent tablets provide pain relief from sprains, strains, period pain, muscular aches, back pain, sore throats, lumbago, rheumatic pain and joint stiffness. This fast acting medicine alleviates and soothes any lingering aches and pains thanks to aspirin, which is well known for its fast-acting pain relief properties. These Alka Seltzer pain relief tablets quickly alleviate heartburn and indigestion, common effects of over-eating and drinking. They are recommended for use before bed and again first thing in the morning. Alka Seltzer XS Tablets also include caffeine so they won't make you drowsy.
Directions
Alka-Seltzer XS must always be dissolved in water before taking. Adults and children aged 16 and over: 2 tablets in water every 4 hours as required. Maximum 8 tablets in 24 hours. The dosages should not be continued for more than three days without consulting your doctor.
Ingredients
Effervescent tablet containing: Aspirin 267 mg, Paracetamol 133 mg, caffeine 40mg Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate 1723mg, Citric acid 954mg. Sodium content 472mg per tablet.
