Actifed Multi-Action Dry Coughs is designed to help relieve dry and tickly coughs whilst alleviating the symptoms of colds and flu. This multi-action cold mixture also provides flu relief by unblocking stuffed sinuses, drying runny noses and clearing catarrh - so you can breathe more easily. Actifed Multi-Action Dry Coughs soothes dry coughs and nasal congestion whilst helping to clear airways and sinuses. Actifed Multi-Action Dry Coughs relieves particularly tickly coughs and helps to clear your airways. It contains three active ingredients to help you feel better: the decongestant Pseudoephedrine, which helps reduce nasal and sinus congestion and clear catarrh, the antihistamine Triprolidine which can stop you from sneezing, whilst helping to stem a runny nose and dry watering eyes, and Dextromethorphan, an anti-tussive, which can stop you from coughing. This effective remedy has a tasty menthol flavour, and is suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over
Directions
Do not take Multi-Action Actifed Dry Coughs if:
You have ever had a bad reaction to any of the ingredients. You are taking, or have taken in the last two weeks, drugs for depression including Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs). You have high blood pressure or heart disease. You have lung disease or a persistent cough, have a cough associated with asthma, or produce a lot of mucus (phlegm). You have an inherited intolerance to fructose. Take special care with Multi-Action Actifed Dry Coughs
Ingredients
Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 30 mg, Dextromethorphan hydrobromide 10 mg and Triprolidine hydrochloride 1.25 mg. Sorbitol, sucrose, sodium benzoate (E11), methyl hydroxybenzoate (E218), Ponceau 4R (E124), alcohol, blackberry flavour, menthol, vanillin and purified water. Each 5 ml contains 2.8 g sucrose and 1.0 g sorbitol.
