1. Where do you deliver?
The Healthcounter.com only ships to the Mainland UK for next day deliveries, we class the following as off-shore Islands of which we only offer a standard 2-4 day delivery via Royal Mail:
Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands and the Isles of Scilly.
2. Do you offer free delivery?
We also offer Free Standard (2-4 days) Delivery on all orders over £35.

3. What are your delivery services?
* Free Standard Delivery is available to mailing list subscribers until 31st January 2013.
Standard Delivery: 2 - 4 working days. Cost £2.95. This service is Free if your order is more than £35.
Express Delivery: Next working day. Cost £5.60.
Same Day Evening Delivery – London (6pm – 9pm). Introductory Offer Cost £9.99
Please note the following:
You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you.
All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.

4. How do I track my order?
If the estimated delivery date passes and you have not received all of your order, please contact our Customer Services team at enquiries@thehealthcounter.com or on 0800 072 7741.
5. What are your terms and conditions for promotions?
Promotional codes offering a discount when you spend a certain amount can only apply to a single transaction and exclude prescription items, delivery charged and gift vouchers.
Please note that promotional codes also have an expiry date, after which they are not redeemable.
The Free Delivery promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any gift voucher promotions.
We reserve the right to withdraw any offers and promotions at any time.
6. I’ve forgotten my password?
Don't worry if you have forgotten your password, just click on Sign in on TheHealthcounter.com in the top right-hand corner, enter your email address in the Forgotten Password? and your password will be emailed directly to you.

8. What is your returns procedure?
To return online purchases by Post
RETURNS / INSTRUCTIONS
YOU HAVE 14 DAYS IN WHICH TO RETURN ANY FAULTY / DAMAGED / UNWANTED GOODS
We hope that you are please with the items that you have ordered from us. However if your products are damaged / faulty or not what you ordered then please return the goods free of charge by completing the product return form found on our website and attaching the freepost label of which is available to download from the website.
Products may only be returned if they are unused and still in their original packaging unless they are faulty.
Within 7 working days of receipt of unwanted items we will either confirm refund/exchange or explain reason for refusal and return the said goods.
In the event of a refund please note that this will be made to the same card or by the same method used to purchase the order, refunds may take up to 30 working days to be processed and acknowledged by your credit card company
