We Deliver To

TheHealthcounter.com only ships to the Mainland UK for next day deliveries, we class the following as off-shore Islands of which we only offer a standard 2-4 day delivery via Royal Mail:

Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands and the Isles of Scilly.

Free Delivery

Free deliveries are available when you spend £40* or more in a single transaction and choose the "Standard Delivery" service.

* The free delivery offer applies to the Standard Delivery service only on orders of £40 or more (excluding delivery charge). The minimum order value to qualify for the free delivery offer may vary for promotional code offers.

Our Delivery Services

Standard Delivery: 2 - 4 working days. Cost £2.95

Free delivery for orders over £40*.

Express Delivery: Next working day. Cost £5.50.

Please note the following:

  • Order cut-off for all delivery services is 2pm (UK time). Orders placed after 2pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.
  • Working days are defined as Monday - Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) therefore any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
  • Delivery will be through Royal Mail or Interlink Express.
  • Larger deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you.

All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.

YOU HAVE 14 DAYS IN WHICH TO RETURN ANY FAULTY / DAMAGED / UNWANTED GOODS

We hope that you are pleased with the items that you have ordered from us. However if your products are damaged / faulty or not what you ordered then please return the goods by completing the product return form found on our website to the address below.

Products may only be returned if they are unused and still in their original packaging unless they are faulty. Within 7 working days of receipt of unwanted items we will either confirm refund/exchange or explain reason for refusal and return the said goods.

In the event of a refund please note that this will be made to the same card or by the same method used to purchase the order, refunds may take up to 30 working days to be processed and acknowledged by your credit card company
