Delivery & Returns
Standard Delivery
Our Standard Delivery cost is £2.95 per order, regardless of how many items you purchase. Standard Delivery orders arrive within 2-4 working days and are dispatched via Royal Mail.
If your order is placed after 2pm it will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day. Working days are defined as Monday - Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) therefore any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
Our Standard Delivery service is FREE if your order is more than £35.00.
This service is available for all UK mainland and non mainland locations (Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands and the Isles of Scilly.)
Delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. We aim to meet the timescales but during busy periods (including Christmas) deliveries may take a little longer.
Larger deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address to your payment address if that is more convenient for you.
Express Delivery
Our Express Delivery cost is £5.60 per order, regardless of how many items you purchase. If your order is placed before 2pm it will be delivered the next working day, via Interlink.
Orders placed after 2pm will not be delivered the next working day. Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays are excluded.
Larger deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card informing you where the parcel is being held. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address to your payment address if that is more convenient for you.
The Healthcounter only ships to the Mainland UK for next day deliveries.
The following offshore locations are not eligible for next day delivery: Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands and the Isles of Scilly. For these locations please select Standard Delivery.
International Delivery
EU
Our Standard Delivery cost is £3.99 per order, regardless of how many items you purchase. Standard Delivery orders arrive within 5-7 working days and are dispatched via Royal Mail.
Non EU and Rest of World
Our Standard Delivery cost is £4.99 per order, regardless of how many items you purchase. Standard Delivery orders arrive within 5-9 working days and are dispatched via Royal Mail.
Prescription Delivery Service
All NHS and Private Prescription postage is Free. NHS and Private Prescription orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and require a signature on arrival.

YOU HAVE 14 DAYS IN WHICH TO RETURN ANY FAULTY / DAMAGED / UNWANTED GOODS
We hope that you are pleased with the items that you have ordered from us. However if your products are damaged / faulty or not what you ordered then please return the goods by completing the product return form to the address below.

Products may only be returned if they are unused and still in their original packaging unless they are faulty. Unwanted good must be returned within 7 working days of receipt, we will either confirm refund/exchange or detail a reason for refusal and return the said goods.
In the event of a refund please note that this will be made to the same card or by the same method used to purchase the order, refunds may take up to 30 working days to be processed and acknowledged by your credit card company.
